Shipping Policy
We want your order to arrive as quickly as possible. Because many of our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners, please allow additional time for production before shipment.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days of being placed. Custom and print-on-demand items may take up to 7 business days to produce.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 5–10 business days after production
- International: 10–20 business days after production (varies by destination)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order using our Order Tracking page.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — follow us on social media to stay updated.
Returns & Refunds
Print-on-Demand & Custom Items
Because our apparel and graphic items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before ordering.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Other Items
For non-custom items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
